POSITION SUMMARY
The Catering Account Producer will focus on developing and producing services for recurring catering hosts. The Catering Account Producer will nurture and deepen client relationships through excellence in execution to sustain and grow the frequency, scale and type(s) of events executed on behalf of each of their clients. Job responsibilities will include regular, proactive, client communication and reporting, event food curation and client communication, onsite engagement and execution, client event reporting and opportunities for improvement in the future, client billing and budgeting. In this role flexibility and a can-do attitude are important traits for success where consistency and excellence in execution are critical.
The Catering Account Producer will also be responsible for lead intake, curation and programming of our small truck booking program (Concierge Services) for corporate clients. This role requires participating within the Sales team to develop opportunities and cultivate ongoing clients over time. This role may require onsite execution of events, as well as onsite management of part-time onsite event producers.
In all functions, the Catering Account Producer will work closely with the catering operations team, sales team, and management team to curate unique, high quality, and complimentary experiences for each community we work within. This role requires a hospitality and growth minded candidate who enjoys creating and cultivating successful long term client relationships.
The success of this position will be measured by growing and retaining existing client relationships.
This is a hybrid remote role based out of the OTG headquarters in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, CA. Flexibility with your schedule is important to meet with clients and attend events as needed throughout the Bay Area
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Account Management
Manage and nurture OTG client relationships with care and professionalism
Provide excellent customer service to our clients including prompt and timely response to questions and concerns
Increase value of signed contracts through the addition of incremental events and upselling products
Add new contracts for recurring and bespoke events with clients under management
Monitor for potential event/client issues and/or areas for growth and development
Regular reports and communications to valued clients providing a summary of services and value provided by OTG
Daily MOD monitoring and follow up
Standards + Training
Provide feedback and documentation on event staff where necessary
Assist in the creation of new event, staff, and Creator practices and standards
Observe and evaluate Creator service and participation for customer satisfaction and operational improvement
Creator and hospitality best practices education for event staff
On site Creator inspections, best practices, and training
Analysis + Optimization
Communicate and provide financial updates and event analysis to OTG management
Review and evaluate event feedback to determine effective lineups and gaps in creator network to improve client satisfaction
Execute the curation of Creator line ups for recurring events
Other
Attend weekly meetings and manage calendar as needed
May oversee and manage intern, temporary, contract and/or part-time workers
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Years of Related Professional Experience:
2 or 4 year college degree or comparable experience
At least 2 years of Management Experience a must
Restaurant or catering management experience, a plus
Knowledge of or desire to learn about street food
Valid CA license and clean driving record
Educational/Position Requirements:

Technical Skills:
Computer/Software Applications: Salesforce CRM, Google suite (Gmail, Docs, gCal, Sheets, Slides), Google Drive, Slack,
Project Management Tools: Jira
Presentation Tools: Slides, Powerpoint, Adobe Suite
Travel Required(%): ~20% (local, Bay Area)
Communication Skills: 2+ Years customer service or Sales experience with excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Other:
Relationship management experience preferred
Understanding of technical tools necessary for implementing and tracking processes and systems to measure and make continuous improvement to systems.
Valid CA Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
Must be 25 years or older to drive a company vehicle
Schedule Requirements: This is a full-time position which requires occasional nights and weekends as necessary to support the operational needs.

Compensation:
Base annual salary: $70-75KOn target earnings (including commissions): $75-80k
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The worker is subject to primarily indoor and occasionally outdoor environmental conditions.
